While I was working for the Department of Resident Life, we often get requests from other offices and groups on campus that we design for. One of these is the Peer Dialogue Leaders (PDL) in the Common Ground Program who approached us with a project to update and re-design their annual newsletter. They wanted a layout that looked like the Washington Post and other mainstream newspapers.
